Together, we’ll build your home, not ours or the architect’s. We listen carefully to your wishes and what you think is important to make your house/property a true home. That is the starting point that we will adhere to throughout the construction process.
Because we are in close contact with the constructor and continuously supervise the works, we help to ensure that the entire construction process is managed in the correct way and that your home meets the necessary qualities and expectations.
Together we will find you a suitable plot of land in an area that matches your preferences. If you want it to be more coastal or inland, it doesn’t matter, we will find you the right plot!
Once the plot has been selected, it will be registered in your name. The necessary licenses will be applied at the local town hall. We will arrange meetings with our builders so their architects can start designing and adapting a plan around what you want, like and need. You can discuss ideas, options, costs… within the budget you require.
As these builders have years and years of experience, we are able to give you all the detailed and up to date information about regulations, building requirements… and this for the town or area you want to build your home.
We work together with builders who are specialized in traditional Spanish style architecture and also modern streamlined designs. All the new constructed houses have to comply with EU regulations so all new quality materials, latest gadgets… are available.
As mentioned before, we will oversee everything, supervise the works, and we will do this together with our experienced team of lawyers and close contacts with builders and architects, so you can have your dream home built in a stress free way.
During the building process, we will keep you informed. We will send you pictures, videos, or even have a videocall on scene so you can see the project live for yourself!
It all starts from the point when the building plot has been acquired. The architects will design the plans and licenses will be applied for at the town hall. As we depend on those applications, we would like to say that the whole process will take a maximum of 18 months.
